Tonia Anderson has been attending personal training and group fitness at Studio e since August 2015. At the time she joined us, Tonia was determined to find an outlet that improved her quality of life. She wanted to be left feeling activated, nourished, and healthy. She has been consistent in her visits to personal training sessions in addition to group fitness classes (most days back to back) and it shows! Her weight loss has been 7.5 overall inches and 10 lbs of permanent weight loss, among additional tone and muscle mass. It takes dedication and self discipline to accomplish your long term goals. However, the rewards reveal themselves daily. Tonia works out for a minimum of 5 hours per week, drinks the Studio e superfood smoothie as a meal replacement (3 - 4 meals per week), and is thankful to have a group of trainers who will hold her accountable. Our trainers are consistent and dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals.

Tonia is an amazing wife and mother of two fantastic teenagers. She manages a small business with her husband, runs her kids around continually, and is pursuing a real estate license.  To balance and sustain herself and her family's busy lifestyle she has made her health and wellness priorities. She continuously and consistently strives for a higher quality of life. Studio e is proud to be an active part of Tonia’s path toward her fitness goals.
